Steven Oschman

Steve started Telemagen in 2000 with a mission to provide valuable technology solutions to all sizes of companies.
Steve’s background fits nicely with this mission as he has been around computer technology since the early days of the PC. He actually built a PC before you could even buy one.

He has blended his experiences and his passion into creating Telemagen and serves as the Managing Partner. In addition to Telemagen, he continues to stay current in both the technology side and in the business side by teaching technology at IUPUI and business concepts at the University of Phoenix.

Favorite Movie:

Steve likes all kinds of movies but really likes the George Clooney ones.

Interesting Facts:

He continues to enjoy running the Indy Mini-Marathon when he can and really likes to ballroom dance. Other than that and particularly in the summer, you can find him out in his boat called “Unbillable Ours”.



Operations Partner

Matthew Oschman

Matt has been with Telemagen since around the time it was started in 2000. In those early days Matt served as a technical advisor to Steve on various projects and in November of 2008 has taken a full time role in Telemagen as the Operations Partner. Matt earned his Bachelor of Science from Purdue University in Computer Technology and has also completed several technical certifications along the way. Matt brings over five years of consulting experience to Telemagen and loves the ever changing ways of technology.

Favorite Movie:

Matt doesn’t have a particular favorite movie, but is a big fan of movies that make you laugh.

Interesting Facts:

Matt loves spending his free time with family and friends, but also enjoys being outdoors on a lake somewhere. Any chance he has to combine family, friends, and boating prompts a reaction similar to a kid in a candy store.



Systems Engineer

Nick Mckinney

Nick began his career with Telemagen as a systems engineer where he uses his technical background in computer repair along side his creativity and marketing abilities to create websites, logos, catalogs, posters, trifolds, and other media to enhance their online presence and improve their marketing strategies. His interest in and understanding of the psychology behind marketing empowers him to effectively convey information in a visually compelling manner.

Favorite Movie:

Nick enjoys any movie involving futuristic CG (Computer Graphics) especially Avatar.

Interesting Facts:

Nick is an avid photographer and is currently involved with a new church in the Indianapolis area (Vertical Church) where he coordinates the media and service production.



Systems Engineer

Patrick Hegyes

Patrick is currently working towards his Bachelors of Science in Computer Information Technology with a concentration in Networking and Security. Patrick joined Telemagen in the early summer of 2011. Since then, he has worked on various projects that rely on his networking, server administration, and virtualization background.

Favorite Movie:

Patrick is divided between Avatar and the new Star Trek movie for being his favorites. He likes the visuals and the action from each one. He also enjoys funny movies.

Interesting Facts:

He enjoys getting lost driving around different areas he finds. He also enjoys hiking whenever he gets a chance to, though he hasn’t in quite some time.
